I hired Marlin to do some deferred maintenance (replaced faucets, power washed and sealed two decks, cleaned out my dryer vent, unstuck a closet door) and was extremely pleased with his work. Marlin was communicative, reliable and trustworthy. Marlin left my house neat and tidy in between work days, was respectful of my property and family, and partnered well with me. My daughter is ready to become his assistant after the kindness he showed her.

I appreciated the way Marlin listened to my ideas and helped turn them into reality. We liked Marlin's work so much that we have used him for several projects and continue to add more to "his list."
